GENERAL PEST CONTROL
General pest control targets common household pests. Household pests can include crawling insects such as fire ants, spiders and american roaches, or flying insects such as common flies, wasps and meal moths. We include a three-month warranty with each treatment. If you have any pest issues in between regularly scheduled service, we will come back and treat free of charge, as often as needed. We are happy to treat inside and/or outside, it’s your choice.

General Pest Control

Fire Ant Control
We spot treat all fire ant mounds during regularly scheduled pest control service. We also offer a complete fire ant control service. This would be an additional visit to your regularly scheduled service and is guaranteed for up to one year. We’ve found the granule insecticide called Top Choice, manufactured by Bayer, to be the most effective product on the market. If by any chance a new fire ant mound appears during the year following annual treatment, we will treat it at no additional cost to you.
Mosquito Control
From spring through autumn months, we treat your yard and target the areas where mosquitos like to hide. Landscaping (shrubs, bushes along your house), shaded areas, eaves and overhangs, and areas under sheds are all prime areas requiring treatment. You will notice a dramatic reduction in the number of mosquitos you see. We guarantee this service for 4 weeks.
Flea and Tick control
Whether or not you have pets, fleas and ticks can find a way into your home. They catch rides on your clothing or might come in on items brought into your home, such as used furniture. Our Flea and Tick Service may include interior treatment of your home, as well as the exterior perimeter of your home and yard. We want to address all areas the fleas and ticks may be hiding. Our service is designed to kill existing adults and eggs to prevent them from hatching. This ensures the life cycle has been broken.
Rodent Control
Rats and mice can be a problem all year, but especially during the winter months when they’re looking for a warm place to nest. Our service plan includes trapping and removing them from your home. We will also assess the problem and make specific recommendations for closing all entry points the rodents have used to gain access to your home.

Termite soil pre treatment
Liquid termiticide is applied to the soil beneath the foundation before the concrete is poured, as well as around all plumbing penetrations. This process creates a barrier beneath your building and prevents termites from entering the structure. Once your home and all landscaping is complete, we finish the termite barrier process by treating the soil around the outer perimeter.
Bora-Care frame termite pre treatment
During the construction process of your new home, the lumber of all interior and exterior walls will be treated 2 feet up from the foundation of the bottom floor. This product penetrates deep into the lumber. Subterranean termites won’t even try to eat treated wood and if they attempt to build a tube on treated wood, they will start to die, this will alert the termite colony and they will abandon the wood.
